This cake tin is the ideal solution for all your baking needs.
The Springform cake tin comes with both a flat base allowing you to bake traditional cakes such as sponges, gateaux’s or cheesecakes.
Alongside the removable flat base there is also secondary base which can be used in the Spring Form, which incorporates a funnel for baking cakes similar to a Savarin (French Ring Cake) or even a traditional Angel Food cake. The Funnel in the centre of the Spring Form pan allows the cake mixture to rise higher by clinging to all side of the pan as well as the centre.
Bakers Tip!
The Cake Pan should be turned over during cooling which prevents the cake falling in on itself.
