Nespresso is probably the ultimate coffee experience. It makes a perfect espresso so easily! All you have to do is switch the machine on, insert a Nespresso capsule press the button, and then seconds later you have made the perfect cup of coffee.
Nespresso introduces their unique coffee system back in 1986. Since then it has really taken over as probably the most popular coffee machine in the UK. They produce a variety of machines, from basic and simple ones up to machines that can make a great latte or cappuccino by simply pressing one button.
I have had my Nespresso machine since Christmas 2004. Since then our machine has worked hard at making us great cups of espresso, americano and cappuccino. It’s really great to have superb coffee on tap at any time you want it. I come down to breakfast, switch on the Nespresso machine, and its ready to use in in only around 45 seconds – so quick. Just put a capsule of your favourite blend of Nespresso coffee (there are 12 different ones to choose from) and you coffee is there ready for you in around 20 seconds. The best thing is that you don’t need to think about it, it has become a part of my automatic morning routine.
The Nespresso capsules are very easy to get hold of. Its my wife’s job to order them as necessary (women are so much more organized than us men), just order online and they are with you within 48 hours. And you never need to worry about the coffee losing its freshness, it has a life of over 12 months. This means that you can have several of your family’s favourite coffees on the go at once, with no danger of anything getting stale. When I first got my Nespresso machine, I was a “Gold Blend” user. I soon found that Nespresso was the only coffee I was going to use. When I cleaned out the kitchen cupboards (it was my wife who did this actually) she found a jar of Gold Blend with green mould growing over the top of the coffee – surely a sign that we no longer needed it, we threw it out. We have no coffee other than Nespresso since that time.
The guys at Nespresso are really efficient too. Apart form getting your capsules to you really quickly, they also have cunningly interesting things available on their website which you can purchase. They also send you an up-market glossy magazine several times ayear, just to let you feel you are making it with the George Clooney set.
