In recent years Alan Silverwood have won several awards for the design, innovation and quality of this product.

Alan Silverwood offer this bakeware and cake tins in two different finshes: Silver Anodised and Hard Anodised.

Silver Anodising: The anodised surface is characterised by a silver, smooth, easy release, easy clean finsh and the aluminium core is effectively “sealed in”.

Hard Anodising: This finsh is related to the silver anodising but has a much more advanced finsh. After the silver process, a film is built up which can be up to 10 times more thicker than the film on a silver anodised product.It is the film being so thick that gives the hard anodised bakeware it’s characteristic dark grey colour. Properly cared for hard anodised bakeware will last a lifetime.
