Product Description: Global Ceramic Whetstone Orange
An alternative or supplement to using a sharpening steel is to make use of a whetstone and Global have made available various types and sizes which are suitable.
With a grit of 1000 the orange ceramic whetstone is for a medium finish (to keep your knives sharp on a day to day basis).
Available in two differnt sizes
A medium grit is sufficient but if the blade is blunt or damaged it may be necessary to start with a rougher grit.
