Product Description: Global Ceramic Whetstone Pink
An alternative or supplement to using a sharpening steel is to make use of a whetstone and Global have made available various types and sizes which are suitable.
With a grit of 5000 the pink ceramic whetstone is for a superfine finish (to finish off the sharpening and give the knife a fine and extraordinary sharp blade).
Available in two differnt sizes
A medium grit is sufficient but if the blade is blunt or damaged it may be necessary to start with a rougher grit.
