The Kai Shun Japanese Knife Set consists of a Paring Knife, a Utility Knife
and a Chefs Knife in an attractive gift box.

The Kai Shun Japanese Knife range is possibly the largest range of Japanese knives available in the UK. Kai Shun Professional knives are made from a recently developed damascus steel with 32 layers. The innermost layer is made from V-Gold-10 steel. Containing 1% carbon and 1.5% cobalt, this steel has high corrosion resistant properties and will be capable of maintaining a long-lasting high degree of sharpness.
