Miyabi 7000MC Henckels knives compromise of a three-layered construction which encompasses an ultra strong hardcore MicroCarbide powder steel (MC66), which produces the scalpel sharpness and cutting edge retention with an exceptional hardness of 66 Rockwell. The core of the Miyabi 7000MC Henckels knife blade is encased with layers of stainless steel which protects the Miyabi 7000MC knives from corrosion and breakage. Miyabi Henckels 7000MC symmetric blades are further sharpened by Japanese Craftsmen using their ancient technique of Honbazuke Honing.
The Miyabi 7000MC Henckels are further developed with a D-Shaped Handle for seamless cutting, chopping and slicing whist also giving a perfectly balanced knife.
