Mussels from Brussels: cook, serve and collect empty shell with this flip top stainless steel pot. With or without heavy base.
The high dome lid may be used to collect empties or as serving tray. Those with heavy base may be used as any normal cooking pot for cooking with or without water.
All parts of this pot are from stainless steel. The 4.2 mm thick triply base (ref. 10821 only) may be used on all heaters including induction and allows you to use the pot as a normal casserole.
