The new Emile Henry ceramic flameproof stewpot can be used directly on the gas, electric or halogen hob without fear of cracking or breaking. You can even leave the empty stewpot on the heat without any danger.
As it does not contain any metal, it can be used safely in the microwave.
It also resists to the lowest temperatures and can be put in the freezer.
