The Mauviel M’Steel pans have been traditionally manufactured using black steel with a 1.2 – 3mm thickness which makes them perfect for both professional and home use cookware. All the Mauviel Pans have fast and even heat distribution throughout the pan and the handles of each pan have been riveted making them extremely easy to handle and highly durable. The M’Steel pan can be used on any heat source including induction hobs and cookers.
