Staub Grill Pans
Designed by Francis Staub all the Staub cast iron cookware has been manufactured from a cast iron enamelled Iron metal, giving supreme performance. The cast iron enamelled material ensures even heat distribution through all the pans, which reduces the chances of ‘hot spots’ which could otherwise damage your food. Cast Iron is also well know for retaining heat therefore enabling you to cook at low heat settings, helping to bring out all the superb flavours from your food and is perfect for slow cooking.
To make sure the Staub Pans are not damaged we do recommend you use wooden or silicone utensils while cooking with any of the Staub Grill pans, and even though the Staub Pan are dishwasher safe we do recommend you wash with hot soapy water which will help to make your pans last longer and work more efficiently. Staub is truly unique as over time it develops its own non stick surface by allowing the oil you use to seep into the pores of the enamel which will eventually give you a fantastic non-stick surface.
