Woks are a great way to cook. They are versatile and are designed for tough use. Some Woks are beter than others, all our woks, whether professional steel or non-stick, at Armorica all our woks are made from heavy gauge steel. A good test of a wok is to grab it at opposite edges, if you can flex it then it is thin, which will cause hot spots and not good for stick-free cooking.
