Staub Wok with Glass Lid

Use this Staub Wok for a great stir fry, with a glass lid for steaming and cooking. It is quite a large size, 37cm in diameter, meaning you can either cook for a dinner party, or spread your ingredients around a bit more to allow for faster cooking.
This wok is made from the classic Staub enamelled cast iron, so no seasoning is required and it will not react to acidic foods. The wok gives excellent heat retention and circulation, which allows it to stay hotter for longer when a lower temperature is used. The bottom of the wok is perfectly smooth and which allows you to cook on any heat surface including induction hobs.
Available in Black, Graphite Grey and Cherry.
