This set contains a Paella pan, set of legs, burner and hose to connect to a patio gas supply. A gas regulator will be required and depends on the gas type you are using. These pans are made from polished iron and need to be seasoned to keep them in top condition. Overtime a seasoning layer will build up on the pan making them almost non-stick. If you need to wash the pan do so by hand with hot soapy water and then dry thoroughly and re-season. These Paella pans can be used on gas burners that we can supply, on your barbecue or on most indoor hobs.
