The De Buyer Mineral range of cookware is extremely eco-friendly, with the pans being ecological, recyclable and good for the environment. The range is made from 99% iron which is a natural mineral material, and they are naturally non-stick, meaing they are free from coatings with PFOA and PTFE chemicals. These pans also have a beeswax finsh for improved non stick qualities.

Cooking with iron is a healthy way to cook, iron molecules from the pan contribute to good health. The pans also allow for a very high heat, which seals the nutrients into food.
