Robert Welch Signature range kitchen knives have won a number of prestigious awards including the red dot design award 2009. Robert Welch worked alongside professional chefs to design a knife range that would be comfortable to use and deliver excellent results. The Signature range utilises high quality German made steel for its excellent durability and strength. These knives are also fully forged from one piece of steel for strength. They have a full tang (the metal extension of the blade that forms the handle) again to strengthen the knife. The handles are ergonomic and comfortable to handle helping them to be used safely.

The Robert Welch Oak Step block is the latest addition to the Signature range. Not only is this block very practical but it will house up to 14 knives allowing you to choose and add further Signature knives at a later date. As always with Robert Welch design practicality is paramount. The sharpening tool is built into the block which has been designed to allow even long knives to be sharpened without removing the tool.
