Robert Welch Knives have been designed with cooks in mind. Each knife has been designed for its specific task, the cooks knives, for example have a specially created curve to facilitate a rocking motion as you chop ingredients. Robert Welch knives are made from fully forged German stainless steel and is hardened to Rockwell 55-56. The handles are moulded onto a full tang and are precisely fitted for durability.
