This brilliant new Jamie Oliver 3-in-1 Peeler is one of the most versatile and inventive peelers you can get. It has three interchangeable blades for different uses, and an easy storage unit to keep all parts together as one. Can be used easily by both left and right handed users, and all the parts are dishwasher safe.
The different blades are:
Straight blade - for general use, but great on hard fruit and veg
