Near to the base you will find a small acrylic finish which helps to indicate when your salt and pepper are running low. The PRO Black Salt and Pepper Mills are extremely tall which allows higher capacity within the mills.
Both the salt and pepper mills come with an adjustable spindle which can be used to change the grind from find, medium or coarse to your liking.
The PRO Black Tall Salt and Pepper mills use a specifically designed mechanism that ?mills? opposed to grinds, which gives the salt or pepper a fresher, fuller and more vibrant flavour, as well as a consistent texture.

William Bounds PRO Black Tall Salt and Pepper Mills are ambidextrous, so can be turned either clockwise or anti-clockwise.
